Nestled within Bali’s dramatic volcanic landscape, this visionary hospitality project redefines immersive resort architecture through a fusion of advanced digital reconstruction and contemporary tropical design. Positioned with panoramic views toward Mount Agung and Mount Batur, the resort is conceived as a landmark destination where nature, technology, and luxury hospitality converge.
The development features 50 guest rooms, a premium wellness spa, and a striking three-story circular restaurant designed as the architectural centerpiece of the resort. The flowing geometry of the building responds to the surrounding topography while framing uninterrupted views of Bali’s volcanic horizon.
To achieve a highly accurate integration with the environment, the entire project was developed through a comprehensive digital reconstruction process in Unreal Engine, including the recreation of Bali’s terrain, landscape, and contextual geography. This advanced visualization workflow enabled a deeply site-responsive architectural approach, allowing every spatial experience to be designed in direct relationship with the island’s natural setting.
Technology & Digital Reconstruction
A defining aspect of the project is the use of Unreal Engine as a core design and visualization platform. To accurately study visibility, topography, sunlight, and environmental integration, the team digitally reconstructed extensive portions of Bali’s landscape and terrain within a real-time 3D environment.
This process enabled advanced architectural visualization, immersive spatial testing, and a highly realistic understanding of the resort’s relationship with its surroundings. The result is a project developed not only as architecture, but as a fully immersive environmental experience.
