This architectural renovation project was developed for Viva Wyndham Resort in Playa Dorada, Dominican Republic, with the objective of modernizing and enhancing the guest experience through contemporary design interventions and upgraded hospitality environments.
The project focused on the redesign and restyling of interior spaces, luxury suites and common resort areas, introducing a cleaner architectural language, refined material palettes and improved spatial functionality aligned with international hospitality standards.
Particular attention was given to natural light, comfort and the integration of modern lifestyle aesthetics while preserving the relaxed Caribbean atmosphere of the resort. The intervention contributed to elevating the visual identity and experiential quality of the property, creating a more contemporary and competitive luxury hospitality destination.
