Project Description

This contemporary architectural project was conceived as an exclusive luxury villa resort focused on wellness, privacy and seamless indoor-outdoor living. The design combines clean horizontal volumes, panoramic glass surfaces and sculptural water elements to create a refined Mediterranean-inspired atmosphere.

The project features large luxury suites, resort-style common areas and expansive pool environments designed to maximize natural light, relaxation and social interaction. The minimalist white architecture enhances the visual connection between water, landscape and built space while creating a timeless and elegant identity.

Developed as a premium hospitality and lifestyle destination, the concept integrates luxury accommodation, wellness experiences and resort amenities within a sophisticated contemporary framework tailored for high-end international tourism.

The Vision

Hotel Expansion & Contemporary Resort Vision

This project was conceived as a contemporary architectural expansion of an existing luxury hotel, designed to elevate the guest experience through new hospitality spaces, panoramic pool environments and modern resort amenities. The extension introduces a refined architectural language characterized by clean horizontal lines, minimalist white volumes and fluid indoor-outdoor connections. Large panoramic openings and integrated water features create a seamless relationship between architecture, landscape and leisure spaces. The intervention was developed to increase accommodation capacity while reinforcing the hotel’s luxury identity and creating a stronger experiential destination for international tourism and wellness-oriented hospitality.

The hotel expansion includes large interconnected swimming pools, premium lounge areas, panoramic relaxation spaces and contemporary hospitality environments designed to enhance comfort, exclusivity and guest wellbeing. The project creates an immersive resort atmosphere through seamless indoor-outdoor circulation, minimalist architecture and expansive leisure areas integrated directly with the water landscape. The new amenities strengthen the hotel’s positioning within the luxury hospitality market while offering a sophisticated and relaxing guest experience.
