The hotel building has a pyramidal shape and is divided into two blocks - northern and southern, has a smooth
curvilinear shape with an aspect ratio of 2.5:1.
Contains 6 levels on which are located:
- storage rooms
- recreational areas
- business areas
- restaurants
- utility and technical rooms
- two-level parking with a capacity of 51 parking spaces.
Vertical access is carried out by 3 elevators for guests of the complex, a technical elevator, a loading elevator,
one- and two-corner stairs (3 groups). Horizontal access through open corridor, external and internal corridors.
The storage rooms (residential part) includes 50 rooms of 5 categories:
- Apartments 450 m2
- 1;
- rooms from 90 m2
- 5;
- rooms from 60 m2
- 12;
- rooms from 25 m2
- 25;
- rooms from 14 m2
- 7.
Recreational areas:
- sauna with an outdoor pool;
- gym;
- museum;
- recreation area with an indoor pool.
Particular attention is paid to the "Green Zones" at all levels - gardens, green viewing open space and flower beds.
Business area:
- offices;
- music club with a capacity of up to 50 people;
- retreat hall with a capacity of up to 50 people;
- conference hall with a capacity of up to 100 people.
Restaurants:
- three halls with indoor and outdoor sections with a total capacity of 300 people.
