Project Description

Set along a dramatic oceanfront landscape, this exclusive hospitality development is conceived as a refined sanctuary where contemporary tropical architecture meets the natural beauty of the coastline. Spanning a land area of approximately 13,000 m² with a total built area of 7,000 m², the project combines privacy, luxury, and seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The development features a curated collection of 40 keys comprising 48 rooms, including premium villas and elegant apartment suites designed to maximize ocean views, natural light, and cross ventilation. The architectural vision emphasizes clean lines, organic materials, and a harmonious integration between built form and landscape.

Designed by Architect Popo Danes and the Setha Team, the project reflects a sophisticated balance between modern resort living and timeless tropical design, creating an immersive destination experience defined by serenity, exclusivity, and connection to nature.

Architectural Concept & Vision

The architectural concept is inspired by the relationship between land, sea, and tropical lifestyle. The design language embraces minimalist contemporary forms softened by natural textures, lush landscaping, and open-air spatial experiences. Each villa and apartment has been carefully positioned to optimize privacy while preserving uninterrupted views toward the ocean. The project prioritizes fluid transitions between interior and exterior spaces through expansive terraces, courtyards, infinity-edge pools, and shaded living areas. The vision is to create a destination that feels both luxurious and deeply connected to its environment — an architecture that enhances the sensory experience of coastal living while respecting the natural character of the site.

The project offers a comprehensive lifestyle experience centered around wellness, relaxation, and elevated hospitality. Residents and guests enjoy carefully curated amenities designed to celebrate tropical outdoor living and contemporary comfort. Features include private swimming pools, landscaped gardens, wellness and leisure facilities, open-air lounges, dining areas, and panoramic ocean-view spaces that encourage connection with nature throughout the day.
