Project Description

Located in Ubud, Bali, Oasis Residence is a contemporary residential and hospitality-inspired development designed to blend modern architecture with subtle Balinese influences and tropical living principles. The project consists of 44 apartments carefully integrated within a lush landscaped environment that emphasizes privacy, natural light, and spatial comfort.

The architectural approach combines clean contemporary geometries, natural stone textures, warm wood accents, and open tropical circulation areas to create a refined yet relaxed atmosphere connected to the surrounding environment. The development was conceived as a modern oasis immersed in greenery, where architecture and landscape interact through internal courtyards, water elements, and shaded communal spaces.

As part of the project, the penthouses, restaurant, and several core architectural and interior areas were fully redesigned to elevate the overall identity of the residence and create a more exclusive hospitality-oriented experience. The result is a project that merges contemporary urban comfort with the warmth and character of Balinese-inspired design.

Architectural Concept & Vision

The vision behind Oasis Residence was to create a contemporary tropical development capable of combining modern residential living with the atmosphere and spatial qualities of a boutique hospitality experience. The project reinterprets Balinese architectural sensitivity through a more contemporary language defined by clean lines, natural materials, open-air transitions, and carefully curated landscaping. The architectural composition was designed around internal circulation gardens and semi-open communal areas that soften the scale of the buildings while improving natural ventilation, daylight, and visual connectivity with nature. Stone textures, warm wood finishes, tropical vegetation, and layered façade elements create a balanced dialogue between contemporary architecture and local tropical identity. Special attention was dedicated to the redesign of the penthouses and shared hospitality spaces, including the restaurant and social areas, to strengthen the exclusivity and lifestyle-oriented character of the project. The interiors were conceived with a warm modern aesthetic focused on comfort, elegance, and long-term livability. The project aims to offer a residential experience where architecture, tropical atmosphere, and modern functionality coexist within a cohesive and refined design vision.

Oasis Residence was designed to provide a complete contemporary living experience inspired by tropical hospitality and resort-style comfort. The development includes 44 modern apartments together with redesigned penthouses, landscaped communal areas, dining spaces, and integrated lifestyle amenities. The project features a restaurant, tropical garden corridors, open circulation areas, water features, and curated communal environments designed to encourage relaxation and social interaction while maintaining privacy for residents. Large openings, balconies, and natural ventilation strategies create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living throughout the development. The penthouse redesign introduced a more refined architectural identity through upgraded layouts, contemporary interiors, premium materials, and enhanced spatial experiences.
