The Vision

Architectural Concept & Vision

The design is inspired by the idea of a "cut diamond", where geometry and reflection generate a constantly evolving perception of the building.

The façade acts as both an aesthetic and environmental device, reducing solar gain while maximizing daylight penetration.

The tower was envisioned as a modern icon within Santo Domingo’s skyline.
The Lifestyle

Planned Amenities

The project was designed to include a range of high-end amenities aimed at supporting a contemporary commercial environment.

Planned features included a double-height lobby with reception area, flexible office spaces, and retail units at ground level to activate the urban frontage.

Additional amenities envisioned within the design included vertical circulation cores, parking facilities, and integrated building services to ensure efficiency and functionality.

The overall program was conceived to balance architectural identity with commercial performance and user comfort.
