The Vision

Architectural Concept & Vision

Set within the lush landscape of Sumba, the resort is conceived as a seamless extension of its natural surroundings. The masterplan follows the contours of the terrain, allowing each villa to enjoy unobstructed views while maintaining privacy and a strong connection to nature.

The architectural language draws inspiration from local vernacular forms, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Warm natural materials, soft organic geometries, and layered vegetation create a calm and immersive spatial experience.

At the heart of the development, a central lagoon pool acts as both a visual anchor and social hub, gently connecting the villas through a network of landscaped pathways. The design prioritizes openness, natural ventilation, and a fluid indoor-outdoor lifestyle, enhancing comfort in a tropical climate.

This project aims to deliver a refined yet authentic retreat, where architecture, landscape, and atmosphere merge into a cohesive and memorable destination.
The Lifestyle

Luxury Amenities and Indoor-Outdoor Living

The resort offers a curated selection of luxury amenities designed to enhance both relaxation and experience. Guests are welcomed into a central pool area surrounded by tropical greenery, creating a serene environment for leisure and social interaction.

Private villas are complemented by outdoor terraces, shaded lounges, and direct access to landscaped pathways. Additional facilities include a wellness and spa area, fitness spaces, and open-air dining venues that celebrate local cuisine and panoramic views.

Every element is carefully integrated into the natural setting, ensuring comfort, privacy, and a strong sense of place throughout the resort.
